Know what every aircraft earns, and ask why.

RALPH turns the live record into the numbers you run the operation by: how hard each aircraft works, what it earns, and how instructors' hours are spent. They're always current, because they come from the same schedule, flight records and billing everyone uses. Ask Ralph a question in plain words, and the answer comes back with the chart.

September's utilisation for each aircraft against a 65% target, and Ralph answering which aircraft worked hardest: G-WWBB, at 84%, with the fleet at 59%.

How it works

  1. Fly as usual. Every booking, flight and invoice is already on the record, so there’s nothing to set up.
  2. See the numbers. Utilisation, revenue per aircraft and instructor hours, for any period, against your targets.
  3. Ask Ralph. Ask a question in plain words, and get the answer with the chart and where it came from.
  • Scheduling: the bookings behind every utilisation figure.
  • Billing: what each flight was priced at, in your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero.
  • Ralph, the agent: ask a question, get the chart.

Questions, answered

Where do the numbers come from?
From the live record: bookings from the schedule, hours from the flight records, and what each flight was priced at from billing. There's nothing to export or update.
What can I ask Ralph?
Questions about your operation, in plain words, such as "Which aircraft worked hardest in September?" or "How many hours did each instructor fly this month?" Ralph answers with the figures and the chart, and says where they came from.
Can I set targets?
Yes. Set a target, such as utilisation for each aircraft, and charts show it, so you can see who's above and who's below.
Who can see insights?
The people your organisation allows. What someone can see follows their role, and Ralph answers each person within their permissions.
