## How it runs on RALPH

- **Your day at a glance.** Your bookings, your students and the aircraft you're flying, on the web, on your phone and in the calendar you already use.
- **Lessons from your phone.** Record the lesson against the student's syllabus on the walk back from the aircraft, and their progress updates for everyone.
- **Approvals in a tap.** A booking that needs an instructor's approval comes to you with the reason, in the app, Slack or WhatsApp.
- **Your own currency.** Licences, ratings, medicals and proficiency checks are tracked, and Ralph tells you before anything lapses.
- **Duty and flight time.** Counted from the roster and the flight records, so you and your operations team see the same figures.
- **Ask Ralph.** Find a slot for a student, or ask what's due this week. Ralph works with your permissions, never more, and records everything it does.
