# RALPH for helicopter operators

Mixed fleets, type authorisations and checks that count down straight off the meters, on one live record. When an aircraft goes tech, Ralph, an AI agent, moves the day's bookings and tells everyone.

## Your day

An R22 for training, an R44 for trips, perhaps a turbine for filming or charter. Every type has its own authorisations, its own meters and its own checks, and one mag drop on run-up rewrites the whole afternoon.

## How it runs on RALPH

- **Type authorisations on every booking.** Nobody is booked on a type they aren't authorised for. The booking is held, and the right person is asked.
- **Meters, straight from the tech log.** Photograph the page and Ralph reads each leg with its meter readings. Anything unclear waits for you to confirm.
- **Checks that count down.** 25-, 50- and 100-hour countdowns come straight off the meters, expiries are tracked, and a defect grounds the aircraft at once.
- **Reshuffles in a sentence.** Tell Ralph an aircraft is grounded. It finds free aircraft of the right type, moves the bookings at the same times with the same instructors, checks every rule and tells the crews.
- **Fuel and oil uplifts** are logged against each flight, beside the records they belong with.
- **Billed straight into your books.** Each flight is priced from your rates for its type, dual or solo, and invoiced in your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero.

## Pricing for helicopter operators

One published price per aircraft: [£X] per aircraft per month, and people are free. Your first aircraft is free forever, and an aircraft parked for the winter costs nothing.

## Start with one aircraft. It's free, forever

Set up in a conversation: tell Ralph about your fleet, your pilots and your rules, and it builds your organisation for you.

## Questions, answered

### Can RALPH run a mixed fleet of pistons and turbines?

Yes. Each aircraft keeps its own type, meters, checks and rates, and every booking checks that the pilot is authorised on the type.

### What happens when a helicopter goes tech?

Tell Ralph. The aircraft is grounded at once, and Ralph finds free aircraft of the right type, moves the bookings, checks every rule and tells the crews.
