# RALPH for flying clubs and groups

Fair booking, member records and currency checks on one live record, kept in order by volunteers in minutes a week. Ralph, an AI agent, does the chasing, so nobody has to become the club's full-time admin.

## Your day

A club runs on goodwill. The booking sheet lives in one place, the members' licences and medicals in another, and the treasurer rebuilds the flying bills from the tech log every month. Someone always ends up doing the admin, on top of their own flying.

Whether a group shares one aircraft or a club runs a fleet for hundreds of members, the questions are the same. Is the booking fair, is everyone current, and has everyone paid?

## How it runs on RALPH

- **Fair booking.** Members book from their phone, or ask Ralph. Your rules run on every booking, written as sentences: how far ahead, for how long, and who may fly solo. Each booking passes, waits for approval or is refused, and always says why.
- **Currency, checked for you.** Licences, medicals, checkouts and sign-offs expire on time, and a member hears about it when they book, not at the hangar.
- **Members, with or without a login.** Everyone you fly with is in one place, including the members who'd rather phone.
- **The tech log, typed for you.** Photograph the page and Ralph turns each leg into a flight record with its meter readings. Anything unclear waits for a person to confirm.
- **Flying billed automatically.** Each flight is priced from your rates and invoiced in your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero, so the treasurer's books stay where they are.
- **Checks you see coming.** Hour-based checks count down straight off the meters, expiries are tracked, and a defect grounds the aircraft at once.

## Pricing for clubs and groups

Priced per aircraft, and people are free: [£X] per aircraft per month, with nothing to pay for members, instructors or volunteers. Your first aircraft is free forever, and an aircraft parked for the winter costs nothing.

## Start with one aircraft. It's free, forever

Set up in a conversation: tell Ralph about your fleet, your members and your rules, and it builds your club for you.

## Questions, answered

### Can a group sharing one aircraft use RALPH?

Yes. Your first aircraft is free forever, and every member can book, see their flying and settle their bill.

### Do all our members need a login?

No. Members who'd rather not log in are still on the record, and an instructor or a committee member can book for them.
